Returns, Exchanges, and Money-Back Guarantee for Arrowhead Products:
Staying prepared is hard enough, so our goal is to make your ordering as easy as possible. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to ensure that you absolutely love your Arrowhead clothing after testing it out.
- 30-Day Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your Arrowhead clothing, you can return it within 30 days of fulfillment for an exchange or full refund of the product cost.
- Condition of Return: Wear it! Use it! You can even return items that have been used and worn, as long as it’s requested within the 30 day window. For defective or damaged items, please contact our support team by email.
Returns and exchanges are free for US orders which select Redo when ordering. If you do not opt into Redo, the cost of the return shipping label will apply. For full details, click here.

Returns for Non-Arrowhead Products:
Returns for items shipped by partner brands must be arranged with the original shipper.
Please contact our support team if you want to return an item purchased through our site which was not shipped by Arrowhead, including all holsters and Gunderwear.

Order Editing or Cancellation Policy:
Arrowhead does not guarantee that we can edit or cancel orders after they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Orders that have shipped cannot be edited or cancelled.
