Arrowhead Tactical Apparel is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech recognition, or other assistive technology.
Equally important, we offer accommodations so everyone can work with our business to place orders and process all other kinds of requests through the method that works best for them.
What we're doing
We regularly review our storefront using a combination of automated testing tools and manual review. When we identify barriers, we prioritize the ones that prevent customers from browsing products, selecting options, and completing a purchase. Accessibility is part of our review process when we make changes to the site or add new features.
We are actively working on the following:
- Some interactive elements are not reachable or clearly labeled when navigating by keyboard.
- Certain text is presented as part of an image rather than as selectable text (known Shopify theme limitation)
- Some color combinations may not meet minimum contrast requirements.
We also use third-party services on our site — including product reviews, checkout, and embedded video — that we do not fully control. We select vendors with accessibility in mind and raise issues with them when we find them, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content they provide.
