Who can join the program?

Anyone who’s a fan of the brand and has purchased from us before is welcome to apply. We look for real customers who align with our mission — no influencer status required.

How do I earn commission?

You’ll receive a custom discount code and a unique referral link. When someone places an order using either, you’ll earn 15% commission on the net order value.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are made monthly via PayPal. You’ll need to enter your PayPal email in your dashboard settings. There’s a 14-day delay after each sale to account for returns, and the minimum payout threshold is $10.

Can I use my own code?

Yes, you can use your own code to get 15% off your personal orders, and you’ll still earn commission. Just don’t abuse the system — we reserve the right to review and remove accounts if the policy is exploited.

What happens if a customer returns their order?

If someone you referred returns their order, the commission from that sale will be canceled or deducted from your upcoming payout.

Is there a cost to join?

No. The program is free to join and there’s no monthly fee. You just need to register, set up your PayPal, and start sharing.

Can I promote the gear in my store, range, or classes?

Absolutely. Whether you're a range officer, store owner, or trainer, you're welcome to share the gear however makes sense for your audience.

What’s off-limits?

Sharing your code on public coupon sites
Misrepresenting yourself as an employed brand rep or official voice of the company rather than an Ambassador
Using paid ads with our brand name
Sharing misleading product claims or pricing

Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Program Overview
The Arrowhead Tactical Apparel Ambassador Program is a performance-based partnership designed for customers who want to represent the brand, promote our products, and earn commissions on successful referrals.

1. Eligibility

Must be a verified Arrowhead Tactical customer.
Must be 18 years or older.
Arrowhead reserves the right to deny or remove access to the program at any time, without notice, for violation of program terms or abuse.

2. Commission Structure

15% commission on all qualified purchases made using your personal Ambassador Link or discount code.
Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns).
If a customer returns or cancels their order, commission on that order will be voided or reversed.

3. Payouts

Payouts are issued via PayPal. Ambassadors must connect a valid PayPal account in their GoAffPro dashboard.
Minimum payout threshold is $10.
Payments are issued monthly, after a 14-day buffer period to account for returns and processing delays.
Arrowhead is not responsible for payout issues caused by incorrect PayPal details.

4. Discount Code Policy

Each ambassador will receive a personalized discount code (e.g. FRANK15).
Sharing your code with friends, family, and peers is encouraged! Putting your code in social media posts is great, and we hope you go viral. However, codes cannot be shared on third-party coupon websites or other forms of mass distribution.
Ambassadors may not offer additional discounts beyond what is authorized by Arrowhead Tactical Apparel.
Ambassador discount codes may be subject to select restrictions, including but not limited to ineligibility on specific products, incompatibility with other discounts (including automatic discounts), and blackout periods for major sale events.
NOTE: The Ambassador Link is not subject to any restrictions and will always earn the full commission as calculated under the terms detailed above.

5. Content Guidelines

Full creative freedom is encouraged — you can review, post, or promote however fits your platform and voice. Just be sure to represent yourself as yourself.
Misleading claims, unapproved giveaways, or offensive content associated with Arrowhead will result in termination of the ambassador relationship.
Ambassadors may not present themselves as employees, representatives, or decision-makers for the brand.

6. Termination and Fraud

Arrowhead reserves the right to suspend or remove an ambassador from the program at any time due to violations including but not limited to:

Brand misrepresentation
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Misuse of discount codes

7. Legal & Tax

Ambassadors are responsible for reporting earnings in accordance with their local tax laws.
This program does not create an employment, contractor, or agency relationship of any kind whatsoever.
This program is entirely voluntary and at-will.
