Good product
You need to put another safety on the buckle because if you not on it's can open because you always put a little bit loose in the belt and then in the moment that you will not owned when you are on the couch it's open

This was actually a replacement belt for one that I already have. One of the magnets popped out of one half of the buckle. I reached out to customer service to explain the situation thinking they would send a replacement piece. No, not even close. They sent an entirely new belt and buckle!!! You seriously cannot ask for any better customer service!

I had bought the belt before and feel like this new one is a little bit bulkier and harder to adjust if needed compared to the one I previously bought. I like it still but also just seems a little stiff to try to adjust

I found it extremely difficult to adjust the size from the one end that's permanent. I suffer from arthritis so that added to my difficult to release and loosen it to adjust. You were kind enough to send me another one which was a little easier for whatever reason and I was able to make it work.
