Complete Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies

What are your return, exchange and refund policies?

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible products within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. We want you to really test it out, so you can even return items that have been used and worn as long as it’s requested within the 30 day window.

Online returns or exchanges are only accepted from the original purchaser.

Products marked as 'FINAL SALE' or ‘CLEARANCE’ at time of purchase are NOT eligible to be returned, nor exchanged.

Important Notice: Be sure to ship the item(s) you are returning to us promptly once you have the return shipping label. Returns not received within 30 days of issuing the label will be automatically closed.

Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please visit our return portal.
  • Arrowhead items may be returned within 30 days of fulfillment for refund or store credit.
  • Returns not submitted through our return portal and / or that do not use the return shipping label provided may see a delay in processing. If our support team has provided special guidance, please follow their instruction.
  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days of processing. 
  • Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • To start an exchange, please visit our return portal.
  • Arrowhead items may be exchanged within 30 days of fulfillment.
  • Exchanges not submitted through our return portal and / or that do not use the exchange shipping label provided may see a delay in processing. If our support team has provided special guidance, please follow their instruction.
  • Once your exchange is received and processed, we will ship out the new item(s) promptly.
  • Exchanges are permitted without fees for Arrowhead clothing in the contiguous United States, provided that the returned product and exchange product are of the same value. You may incur a charge or receive a partial refund if the new product has a different price than the original product. 
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order and may be subject to availability. 
  • At our discretion, Arrowhead may issue store credit equal to the amount paid for the product(s) returned to us as an equivalent alternative to an exchange. Store credit does not expire.

Money-Back Guarantee for Used Products:

Under our Money-Back Guarantee, all items that are eligible for return and exchange can be sent back within regardless of the condition of wear. This must be requested within 30 days of fulfillment to be approved. 

The Guarantee is effective for the price paid for the cost of the product(s) returned after all discounts have been applied. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

All returns should use return labels provided by Arrowhead through our Return Portal or by our support team. Return labels are free for orders which opted into the Redo program. If Redo was not selected, the customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping label used to send back the product(s). 

Guarantee applies to Arrowhead products only.

International Returns and Exchanges:

Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Policies on Delivery Issues and Items Returned to Us:

We stand firmly by our commitment to delivery exactly what was ordered to the exact shipping address on the order. 

Our customer service team reviews lost package claims on a case-by-case basis. If a package is determined by the courier to be lost after an investigation, our team will re-ship the order. Arrowhead is not responsible for orders after they are delivered to their delivery address (as recorded on the order) with proof of delivery. Be sure to secure the package as soon as possible after delivery.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or other reason (i.e., weather conditions), this order can be reshipped once Arrowhead receives the returned package. Reshipping costs may apply if the return-to-sender was caused by an issue with the address on the order when it was placed. 

We do not assume responsibility for any item(s) erroneously returned to us. If you mistakenly send the wrong item(s) or a product from another brand, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to locate and return the item(s) to you. However, we do not guarantee retrieval, and no compensation will be offered for incorrect item(s) sent to us that are not recovered. Should we manage to locate the item(s) and you wish to have them returned, you may be required to provide a return label or cover the delivery expenses. Furthermore, we neither retain nor store any mistakenly sent items and reserve the right to discard them without prior notification.
