Due to the demands from increased package volume and decreased staff, shipping couriers (including the United States Postal Service) are experiencing longer-than-usual shipping times, and progress is not consistently reflected on tracking numbers. We understand that this is a source of frustration, and we are doing what we can to work with couriers to ensure that the latest information is made available at all times.
Arrowhead is doing our part to ship orders out in a timely manner after they are received, but please expect delays in delivery. We have also implemented a data-driven courier selection process to ensure that we are shipping packages through the most efficient route available at the time of order.
At this time, we import our products from China directly upon order. For the first leg of your package's journey, it must travel stateside and clear Customs, during which time the USPS does not have access to the package and cannot track it. After this process is completed, the package is picked up by the USPS. For USPS tracking numbers beginning with "9," your tracking number will activate at this time. For tracking numbers beginning with "YT," your order's progress is available throughout the full journey.
Of course, we guarantee delivery of all orders. In the extremely rare event that a package is lost by a courier, we re-ship the order or issue full refunds.
