What is our return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day (from date of delivery) return or exchange option for any out-of-box manufacturer defects, improper fitment, or incorrect fulfillment of the product ordered. Defective items are eligible for replacement or store credit.
For best results, please refer to our Size Guidelines to find your best fit before ordering. We discourage ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intent to return, so please Contact Us if you are unsure about sizing.
Return and Exchange Policy for On Sale Products:
Orders placed for discounted products during company-driven sales events (including the 2022 Warehouse Clearance Sale) are not eligible for return or refund to the method of payment used. Size exchanges are permitted if requested within 14 days of delivery, and the customer will be required to pay shipping costs on the prepaid label to return the order as well as shipping on the replacement replacement order sent by the company to the customer. No restocking fees will apply - only shipping costs. Store credit in the form of a unique discount code will be issued for any price differences between exchanged items. All requirements for product condition apply to exchanges of On Sale Products.
What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
All returns or exchanges must be for products in new condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags and branded packaging still intact. Items returned with obvious use or damage may be subject to additional fees, or denied and returned to the sender, incurring additional shipping charges for the customer.
Returns and exchanges cannot be processed until the product is returned by mail and received by Arrowhead. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for processing.
We will provide a shipping label to return the item(s), and the customer is responsible for the cost of this return label unless the return is due to an error by Arrowhead. If a product is exchanged for an approved reason (listed above), shipping of the new product to the customer is complimentary up to 15% of the purchase price of products ordered. Shipping costs exceeding this allowance will be paid by the exchanging customer. Exchanges are limited to one time per item and may be subject to availability. Exchanges do not incur restocking fees for orders placed after 9/30/21.
All returns are subject to a 10% (of product MSRP) restocking fee unless issued as store credit. In the event that the customer places two separate orders for a product (i.e. in different sizes) and chooses to return one, the refund will be issued for the lower transaction price, if applicable.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
What are the conditions of sale for non-US orders?
Due to the cost and complexity of shipping, all international sales are final. The customer is responsible for all tariffs and duties assessed against any packages we ship. If you have any issues receiving your package, contact us with your tracking information and order number.
Who do I contact if I have a return or exchange request?
Email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your request (return or exchange)
- The detailed reason for the return or exchange
- If exchanging, the alternative product that you want (color & size)
Multiple emails regarding the same order request may cause delays in processing - please send only email per return or exchange request, and our customer support team will get back to you.
Holiday policy on return or exchange:
Orders placed as Christmas gifts are exempted from the 14-day-from-delivery return or exchange requirement. Requests for returns and exchanges on Christmas gifts will be granted if the request is placed by December 31st, 2021, provided that the order is eligible for return or exchange (see details below). Terms and conditions apply. For Black Friday Sales Event purchases (November 20 - November 29th, 2021), please refer to Return and Exchange Policy for On Sale Products above.
