What is our return and exchange policy?
NEW - We have waived the requirement for customers to pay for the return shipping label on exchanges of products ordered at regular price, making most exchanges free. Full policy details below.
NOTE - Sales and Promotional Event Policy applies to items ordered during site-wide promotional events with a marked-down price, such as Black Friday. See Sales and Promotional Event Policy section below for complete details.
Overview:
We offer a 30-day (from date the order is shipped) return or exchange option for improper fitment, out-of-box manufacturer defects, or incorrect fulfillment of the product ordered. Defective items are eligible for replacement or store credit.
NOTE - Orders placed as Christmas gifts are exempted from the 30-day requirement. See "Holiday Policy on Return or Exchange" section below for full details.

For best results, please refer to our Size Guidelines to find your best fit before ordering. We discourage ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intent to return, so please Contact Us if you are unsure about sizing.

How do I submit a return or exchange request?

You will need:
- Your order number beginning with "ATA"
- Your Zip Code
- The detailed reason for the return or exchange
- If exchanging, the alternative product that you want (color & size)
The return portal is set to apply the applicable policy for your return request. If the portal does not accept your request, please review the policy details for your order.
What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
All returns or exchanges must be for products in new condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags and branded packaging still intact. Items returned with obvious use or damage may be subject to additional fees, or denied and returned to the sender, incurring additional shipping charges for the customer.
Returns and exchanges cannot be processed until the product is returned by mail and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for processing.
Exchanges: Arrowhead will provide a pre-paid shipping label to send back the product(s). After the product(s) have been received and inspected, the support team will create a new order with the exchanged product(s) requested. You will receive an order confirmation email when this occurs.
Exchanges are free for regular-price orders in the contiguous United States, provided that the returned product and exchange product are of the same value. Products exchanged for color or size will not incur any price difference, even if the original product was purchased on sale. Products exchanged for different products may incur a charge equal to the price difference if the exchanged product is more expensive than the original product. Exchanges are limited to one time per item and may be subject to availability. Exceptions to this policy may apply to items purchased at a discounted price. Please review the Sales and Promotional Events policy below for details.
Returns: Returns may be granted as store credit or refunds to the original method of payment. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label provided by Arrowhead to mail back the product(s). All returns for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee which covers the cost we incur to inspect and recondition returned products. If the customer places two separate orders for a product (i.e. in different sizes) and chooses to return one, the refund will be issued for the lower transaction price, if applicable. Exceptions to this policy may apply during store-wide promotional events such as Black Friday. Please review the Sales and Promotional Events policy farther down the page for details.
Shipping charges paid on fulfilled orders are nonrefundable, no exceptions.
Return labels issued for returns or exchanges must be used (shipped) within 2 weeks of the label's date of issuance. Arrowhead is not responsible for any packages that the customer does not ship back within 2 weeks of receiving the return label. Please use Arrowhead return labels to ship only Arrowhead products which have been explicitly authorized for return. Arrowhead cannot guarantee the status of any items returned with a shipping label which have not been authorized.
Return and Exchange Policy for Sales and Promotional Events:
Orders placed for discounted products during company-driven promotional events (including the 2024 Spring Cleaning Sale, 4th of July Freedom to Carry Sale, End of Summer Sale, Black Friday Sale, or other warehouse liquidation events) are not eligible for refund to the method of payment used. You agree to this as a term of sale.
Size exchanges are permitted if requested within 30 days from order fulfillment. During extremely high-volume sales periods, Arrowhead may elect to process exchanges as store credit in the form of a gift card so the customer may re-order the new item(s) that they desire. The customer will be required to pay all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to our warehouse and the standard restocking fee. On item-for-item exchanges, store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued for any price differences between exchanged items in the customer's favor after applicable costs have been assessed. All requirements for product condition apply to exchanges of Sales and Promotional Events Products.
Note: This policy does not apply to full-priced items purchased at a discount using promotional codes.
Clearance Policy: All products marked as "Clearance" in the disclaimer in the product description are final sale - not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy for Items Made To Order:
If an item is disclosed that it is being made to order, it can be cancelled for up to 2 weeks after the order is placed. Canceling an item that is made to order will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the refund. After 2 weeks, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled for a refund, though they can be cancelled for store credit equal to the amount paid.
What are the conditions of sale for non-US orders?
Due to the cost and complexity of shipping, all international sales are final. The customer is responsible for all tariffs and duties assessed against any packages we ship. If you have any issues receiving your package, contact us with your tracking information and order number.
Holiday Policy on Return or Exchange:
Orders placed as Christmas gifts are exempted from the 30-day-from-shipped return or exchange requirement. Requests for returns and exchanges on Christmas gifts will be granted if the request is placed by December 31st, provided that the order is eligible for return or exchange.
