What is Arrowhead's return and exchange policy?
Arrowhead stands behind the quality of our products, and we want to ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience.
We offer a 14-day (from date of delivery) return or exchange option for any out-of-box manufacturer defects or improper fitment. For best results, please refer to our Size Guidelines to find your best fit before ordering.
What condition should the product be in for a return or exchange?
All returns or exchanges must be in New condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging still intact. Items returned with obvious use or damage may be subject to denial and returned to the sender, incurring additional shipping charges for the customer. Arrowhead does not cover customer shipping costs for returning products, and the customer agrees to this as a condition of sale. If a product is exchanged for an approved reason, shipping of the new product to the customer is complimentary. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed until the product is returned by mail and received by Arrowhead. Exchanges are limited to one time per item, restricted to the same product that was ordered, and may be subject to availability.
