Holster Compatibility and Support

- Yes, we’ve tested a Desert Eagle. It passed the jumping test without sag or bounce.
- The OmniCarry belt offers more support than the Rapid Clasp belt. We recommend OmniCarry if you have an oversized carry gun.

These training shorts are not only very high quality material, they also have a great fit and design. The retention belt is completely hidden and it WORKS. Gun feels more secure in these shorts then in a lot of jeans or tac pants I’ve worn. They conceal very well and they are COMFY. For reference, I am 6’1” and weigh about 200 lbs and I got a size Large. Highly recommend!
Love the material and the fit. However, I would like there to be 2 back pockets. I use these shorts more for everyday wear and not necessarily training shorts, so the lack of 2 rear pockets means more stuff goes in my front pockets which means the pockets become cluttered. I don't carry a lot of stuff just air pods, wallet, keys, phone and a snake staff ETQ.

Definitely size up. But great short. I ordered a XL fits tightly snug would order a 2XL for a more comfortable fit but still love it.
Both the shorts and the jogger fit as expected. I like them, and have worn them to work several times.

Store owner replied: Different products have different size guidelines! The Training Shorts run a few inches smaller than other less athletic cuts of shorts. Cautionary tale for anyone reading this review - check the size guidelines for each product you want to order!
This is my 3rd pair of these shorts, and I am very happy with the quality. My one concern with the company is that I tried to change the size. Within three hours of placing the order, I noticed I ordered a large instead of an extra-large. I got an email saying nothing could be done at that time. I received the shorts a few weeks later and discovered that the large does fit. I'm somewhere in the middle; the large does fit. But not quite as well as the extra-large. While the product is very good, I think that the company could do more to provide better customer service at this price point. Also, I find it annoying that every time I order something from this company, I get barraged with advertisements via email, social networking, and YouTube commercials. I realize companies need advertising and marketing, but it's too much when I've already purchased the product.
They do not disappoint! Super comfortable! Very durable waistband and when paired with the belt carrying feels extremely secure. The zippers are super helpful and as an added bonus the they look pretty cool
I ordered these shorts in a size M, but they were a little too small for me, so I went ahead and ordered another pair in size L. Other than the sizing, I’m really happy with the product. The quality feels great—the fabric and stitching are very well made, and the shorts are lightweight and comfortable. Overall, I’m very impressed with them.

they would be great if the size chart was correct. This is my 2nd pair because the first pair was too small. I have a 34 inch waist so there’s no reason according to your size chart that the xl shouldn’t have fit. Now that im well over $200 invested in your products it’ll be a while before I consider buying more. The 2xl is better but still pretty snug. I should’ve gotten the 3xl

Store owner replied: Andrew, thanks for sharing this feedback. The size chart is accurate - validated by tens of thousands of customer sales - but there are limits to what a size chart can cover. If you're in a 2XL for the Training Shorts at a 34" waist, then your legs and glutes must be exceptionally large, or there is another element of your physiology which deviates from "normal" builds. Which is perfectly fine and good, but may not vibe with clothing that was designed around normal builds. Our Training Shorts are the most slim-fit product we offer, as mentioned in the size guide itself, which probably contributed. We're glad you found a size that ultimately works for you, and consider some of our loose-fitting options in your next pass!

Awesome!! They run small. I'm typically an XL and a 3xl fits me. But they're great!
6’2 235 lb 36 inch waist. Ordered an xl , would have been more comfortable in an 2xl! Also, the Omni retention belt, does kind of jab into your skin where the strap runs through it. But I did wear these shorts and the belt in 90 degree weather and cut trail down a mountain for 3 hours with a chainsaw and not once did my holster come loose, so they do work! If the Constantine belt was cheaper I would have gone that route in hindsight or even the magnetic belt just because of the uncomfortable feeling where you run the strap through the belt loop, it forces it into your body. I have tried both ways of running the strap to no relief.

They are awesome just way tighter than the joggers for 2xl. The shorts I should have went with a 3xl

Each of our products has its own size guidelines, and we indicate on those any nuances in fitment (i.e., runs small with an athletic fit) to help you find the right size.

Good quality shorts. They run a little smaller than actual size for the waist. So I recommend sizing up one size. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The shorts fit absolutely perfect! The length is just right, and the material and waistband feel very high quality. I’m 6’0”, 195 lbs., and ordered a size Large—it fits perfectly. I also ordered the Omni Retention Belt and am carrying a Shadow Systems CR920 in a Kydex holster. The setup is extremely comfortable to wear with no printing at all. I originally ordered just one pair of shorts to see how I liked them, but after putting them on and wearing them with my everyday carry setup, I’ll definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend!

Extremely comfortable, and surprisingly sturdy with the retention belt. Can run / jump all I want and nothing moves. Love how the shorts look too! Would wear them without the added utility honestly
